When will I receive my order confirmation email?
Once you place an order, the details are sent directly to our UK fulfillment centre to begin processing immediately. Because of this secure transfer of information, there may be a slight delay of anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 hours before your official confirmation email arrives in your inbox. Please rest assured that your order is in our system and being handled!
What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
Our inventory moves quickly, and on rare occasions, an item might go out of stock at our warehouse right as your order is being processed. If we discover that your order cannot be fully fulfilled due to a lack of stock, we will notify you immediately and offer a full, prompt refund for any products we cannot supply.
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK mainland delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days to arrive. If you place your order before 2:00 PM on a weekday, our warehouse team will normally dispatch it on the exact same day, depending on the size of the order.
Do you ship everywhere in the UK?
We offer standard delivery across the UK mainland. Please note that standard shipping and pallet deliveries exclude certain remote areas, including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
What should I do if my items arrive damaged?
Please inspect your packages as soon as they are delivered to your door. Any damages must be reported to our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery so that we can successfully process a claim with our couriers and resolve the issue for you right away. Please make sure the products are unopened and unused.
